Mrs. Vasvi Kapadia, a science graduate, completed her LL.B. from Gujarat University in the year 2003 and since then she has been practising at the Gujarat High Court. She occasionally also pleads before the Family Court. Her expertise is in the field of Family law and RTI Act. She has been a ready reckoner for the issues relating to marriage, succession under the Hindu Law and also Wills and codicils. Apart from being a fine lawyer she also holds masters degree in Indian Classical Vocal from Gujarat University.

Mr. Nisarg Shah, a graduate from Institute of Law, Nirma University, completed his B.Com. LL.B. (Hons.) in the year 2016 and since then he has been working at M/s. M. C. Kapadia Associates as an independent attorney. He is specialised in Criminal Law and has a great command over company laws and laws relating to debt recovery, securitisation and reconstruction. He frequently visits lower courts of Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar and conducts trial before Metropolitan Magistrate Court, CBI Court and Family Court.

Ms. Jahnvi N. Kapadia is a science graduate from St. Xevier’s College, Ahmedabad. She completed her LL.B. in 2019 from Sir L. A. Shah Law College, Ahmedabad, affiliated with Gujarat University. Since 2019 she has been working as an independent attorney at M/s. M. C. Kapadia. In addition to handling cases related to land laws, consumer laws and family laws, she specialises in Intellectual Property Rights (which include Copyright, Trademark, Patent, Geographical Indication, Designs, etc.) She appears before Gujarat Information Commission, Trademark Registry, Civil Court of Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar as well as High Court of Gujarat.

Mr. Rushabh N. Kapadia is a third-generation lawyer. He has obtain degree of B.Sc. LL.B. (Hons.) from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar. He was a participant at the prestigious Vis Vienna Moot Court Competition and has gained deep and thorough knowledge of International Commercial Arbitration. He has expertise in Civil Law, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Land Laws, International and Domestic Arbitration Law, Hindu Law, and many more. His keen interest in Medico-legal Laws, Information Technology Law, Education Law, etc. has led the firm to explore new horizons.

Mr. Mohit Banker is an independent lawyer and associated with the firm for last more than 10 years. He conducts matters before Consumer Courts, DRT as well as Metropolitan Court in Ahmedabad.
